Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance
TeraBoxCloudPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our Service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of Notice as described below, TeraBoxCloudPlay will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Service.
2. DMCA Notice Requirements
To file a DMCA notice, your notification must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, TeraBoxCloudPlay will terminate repeat infringers.
